Focusing on foods that support and repair your gut lining, like collagen-rich bone broth, fermented foods (sauerkraut, kimchi), prebiotic vegetables (garlic, onions, leeks), and easy-to-digest proteins will serve you best. Reducing processed foods, sugar, and alcohol gives your gut the reset it needs to function optimally.

Note: Proper gut healing begins with functional testing—specifically stool analysis and food sensitivity testing – to ensure you are focusing on the right things. I do not advise following a gut healing protocol without proper functional testing.
